No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. General entries, TUESDAY, Cut MARCH; qualification fee 2 soys., for non-members, payable at same time. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates. The rides and Avcights of tho Ilawke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the g-ross amount of all stakes.
