No entry Avill be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. General entries, TUESDAY, Gtii MARCH; qualification fee 2 soys., foi non-members, payable at same time. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates. The rules and weights of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, Avill be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
