CHRISTCHURCH.
This day. Early this morning a house occupied by Mr Junckcr, teacherlof music, Avas destroyed by fire. The complete insurances arc unknown. Crompton's -implement works had a narrow escape yesterday from destruction by fire. * A stable occupied by Mr AY. Davcy, and full of hawker's goods. Avas destroyed by fire yesterday. The insurance is £100 in London, Liverpool, and Globe office. At a meeting of St. AndreAv's congregation last night the deputies from the Presbytery explained the charges against the Rev. 0. Fraser, and read the evidence taken. Three members of the congregation were appointed to Avait upon Mr Fraser aud ask him to give up tho keys of the church.
