SUPREME COURT, DUNEDIN.
Dunedin, This day. William Foreshnw, who yesterday pleaded guilty to two indictments of stealing sewing machines, was sentenced to six months imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to run concurrently. It is stated that the prisoner whs the tool of a gang of men, who, by misrepresentation, got possession of niacliiues let out on hire, and against whom proceedings will be taken.
