R.M. COURT, ORMONDVILLE.
Wednesday, January 10. (Before Captain Preece, R.M.) INDECENT exposure. R. Crawford, charged with indecent exposure, was convicted and fined £1, and costs 15s. STRAYING CATTLE, Police v. Olseu. —This was a charge of cattle tresspass ou a road, by which an accident occurred, but the case was dismissed. Jn this case the injured man is suing the defendant for £52 damages and loss of horse, caused by cattle wandering ou a public road. The case w ill come on next Court day. CIVIL case. Roythomev. Gundric.—Claim £11, value of a bidlock sold to defendant. Mr Lascelles for plaintiff, and Mr Lee for defendant. Several witnesses were examined ou each side, and the solicitors pleaded determinedly. Judgment was given for plaintiff for amount and costs. TERJURY. Wegner v. Miller, Harms, and Sorenscu. —This was a charge of perjury. Mr Lascelles, who appeared for defendants, raised some legal objections, which were upheld by His Worship, and the case was dismissed.
