BERLIN.
December 20. Very severe weather has been experienced in Southern Germany, and heavy Hoods have occurred in (he Rhine Valley. The bridge a! Lorn.eh. in Berlin, has been washed away, and twenty person.-, who were on the structure at the lime have been drowned. Later. The floods in the Phine Valley are rapidly extending, and much destruction of property is resulting. The flood waters have reached Cassel and AVorius. and both places are now partially submerged.
