Melbotjene, December 19. The Melbourne Manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand (limited) reports of the • local produce market as follows : — Wheat, per bushel, shipping, 4/6 to 4/9, but market is void of competition; barley (malting) is firm at 3/9 to 4/- • New Zealand oats are Bluggish, feeding qualities duty paid fetching 3/9, and milling ditto 4/3 ; New Zealand oats under bond are weaker, and prices range from 3/1 to 3/6; New Zealand best hams under bond are steady at 9fd, and New Zealand bacon at 8d per lb.
