The steamer Kiwi, Capt. Campbell, arrived in the roadstead early this morning from Wellington, and was moored inside at the breastwork shortly after 7 o'clock. She left.Wellington.at IT o'clock on Monday night; called at Flat Point, Castle Point, and Ahunga 6n the way tip, experiencing fine ■weather throughout the run. She brings a good cargo for here, including transhipments out of the West York from London and Gronsvaer from New York. The Kiwi will get away again for Wellington at about 6 o'clock to-night, and will be calling on the coast en route.

The steamer Sir Donald, Capt. Quinlan, returned from Blackhead last night, bringing 156 dumps of wool, which she transhipped to the Ware Queen this morning. She will be leaving for Fairy Bay to-night. The schooner Saucy Kate sailed for Poverty Bay yesterday, taking a load of limestone.

The s.s. Fairy steamed for Blackhead last night, and is to return with a load of wool. The steamer Hannah Mokau took her departure for Wellington this morning. The ketch Three Brothers left for Tongoio early this morning for a load of wool. The launch. Boojum left Wairoa at 9.30 aim. this day and will arrive here early this afternoon.

The s.s. Maori, Capt. Anderson, is to leave for Wairoa at 10 o'clock to-night.

The Union Company's s.s. Southern Cross, Capt. Bernech, left Auckland last evening, and is due here early on Saturday morning. She is to take in a load of stock from Messrs Miller and Potts, and expects to getaway foriDunedin direct at noon.

The converted lighter Result commences her new avocation to-day, and will take out her first load of wool this afternoon.

The Union Company's s.s. Arawata from Sydney,, is expected to leave Auckland early this afternoon, and will arrive here on Saturday morning, taking her departure southwards at the usual hour.
