Telegrams have been received from Jamaica reporting that the whole of the business portion of Kingston, the principal town of the island, has been destroyed by fire. The loss is estimated at fully £6,000,000 sterling. The hearing of the case against Messrs Davitt and Healey, two of the leaders of the Irish National League, who were snmmoned to find sureties for their good behaviour, have been indefinitely postponed. The Times publishes a paragraph thii morning confirming the announcement!! made by the Standard yesterday regarding the approaching Ministerial changes. TThe first of the pritoners charged with the murder of two bailiffs at Lough Mask has been found guilty, and sentence is deferred. - '
It has transpired that the Right Rev. Edward Harold Brown, D.D., Bishop of Winchester, has declined the Primacy of All England, vacant by the death of Dr. Tait.
