NOTICE is herchy given that the following Resolution has been passed by the County Council of Hawke's Bay, this 21st day of November. ISB2, and notice is hereby further given that a meeting of the Council will be held on MONDAY, the 18th day of December,lßß2, for the purpose of confirming tho said Resolution. F. Patca—Commencing at the junction of the Tama. rau stream with the Ngaruroro river, thence following the Taruarau stream, to the western boundary of Harding's run, thence in a south-westerly direction to Pikirangi, thence in a southerly direction along the old provincial boundary to the present county boundary, thence in a westerly direction to trigs 30 and 32, thence northerly to trigs 16, 24, and 28 ; thence easterly to trigs 27 and 26, thence still easterly in the direction of trig 65a to the Ngaruroro river, and thence following the said river to the starting point. Okawa—Commencing at the bridge over the Tutaekuri river near Redcliffe, thence following ,the western boundary of [the Meanee dtstrict in a generally southerly direction to the present course of the Ngaruroro river, thence fallowing the Ngaruroro river in a north-west erly direction to the Hawke's Bay County boundary, thence easterly to trig 65a, thence in a south-easterly direction to the head of the Tukaekuri river, aDd thence following the said river to the starting point. NOTICE is hereby given that the following proposed Bye-laws will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the Napier Harbour Board, to be held at 2 p.m., on TUESDAY, the 19th instant, in tho Council Chamber. FRANCIS A, SAUNDERS, Secretary, Harbor Board Office, Port Ahuriri, 11th Dec:, 1882: BYE-LAWS Ihe Napier Harbor Board, by virtue of all powers and authorities invested in them by '• The Harbors Act, 1878," do hereby make the following Byc-Lawa for the Port of Napier, and do hereby repeal all former Regulations (or any part or parts thereof) in anywise inconsistent with the Bye-Laws hereby made. CARGO SHEDS. 1, Cargo from any vessel may be deposited in the sheds duiing wet weather, or when the business stores are closed, upon application being made to the Wharfinger by the Agent of the vessel, a charge being made on non. dutiable goods of Is per ton', 2, Ail Foods deposited in the sheds to be removed within twelve working hours after being deposited. A fee of 5s per ton per diem will be charged upon all goods left in tho sheds after such period. 3. The Agent of the vessel to have possession oE the keys of the shed during the timo the goods are stored therein, and to be responsible for the safe custody of such goods, and for any fees that are due or may become duo thereon to the Napier Harbor Board. 4. The Napier Harbor Board docs not hold itself responsible for the safety of any goods deposited in the Cargo ehedSi EXAMINATION SHEDS.
