No person permitted to enter a horse for any of the above races unless a subscriber of one guinea to the Club, Hack Race excepted. Entries for Handicap Hurdle, Hampden Stakes, Maiden Plate, and District Race will close not later than 8 p.m. on Saturday, 23rd December. Protests to be immediately lodged with tha Secretary, and to fee accompanied with 1 soy, the same to be forfeited if objection be considered frivolous. All disputes, claims, and objections arlsiner out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards or a majority of them and their decision shall be final.
