London, November 13. Consols have declined one-eighth, and are quoted to-day at 102-J-. New Zealand securities are firm at the following quotations :— Five per cent 10-40 loan, 105J ; five per cent 1889 loan, 104 ; four and a half per cent 1879-1904 loan, 102*. The market rate of discount is now 3i, and the bank, rate 5 per cent. Breadstuffs are quiet and unchanged. Adelaide wheat, ex-store, 49/-; New Zealand ditto, 43/- to 46/- ; Adelaide flour, ex•warehouse, 33/6. Australian tallow, best beef 32/-, and best mutton 43/6.
