In the Divorce Court to-day a decree absolute was granted in the case of Levoi v. Levoi, but no order was made as to the custody of the children. The Appeal Court opened this morning with the case of the Mew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company against Paterson and McLeod (Dunedin.) The case will last all day.
