DEPARTURES. October. 31—Maori, s.s., for Wairoa, with one passenger.
The steamer Maori, Captain Anderson, took her departure for Wuiroa at 1 o'clock this morning, taking a full cargo and one passenger. She i 3 telegraphed a having arrived at Wairoa at 9 o'clock.
The Union Company's s.s Southern Cross, Captain Bernech, took in 70 head of cattle this morning, and is to leave for Dunedin direct at 5.30 p.m. to-day. Tho steam launch Boojum, Captain Maloney, is to leave for Wairoa at 12 o'clock to-night, taking passengers and cargo.
