The Fancy Fair afc the Theatre Royal will be open to-night and to-morrow night, from 7 to 10 o'clock, when tlie goods remaining unsold will be offered at reduced prices. Meetings of creditors in the estates of George Benjamin and Edward Gilletfc will be held at the Court House, Napier, at 2 p.m. to-morrow, the former for the purpose of assenting to a deed of arrangement, and the latter for giving the bankrupt a certificate of discharge. The share list of the Auckland Colonization Company closes to-morrow. Mr W. G. Motley is the local broker, from whom shares can bo obtained. Unless previously redeemed a grey gelding will be sold at tho Taradale pound tomorrow. Tenders for the erection of a fever ward in connection with the Waipukurau Hospital mußt be forwarded to the chairman of the Waipukurau Hospital Committee not later than to-morrow. Alternative tenders for carting wool from the foot of the Kaiwaka cutting on the Taupo road, or from Marshall's, to the Spit, must be sent to Mr J. A. Cunnigham, Rakamoana, Pohui, or left at Mr M. R. Miller's offices, Napier, by to-morrow. The time for receiving tenders for the erection of additions to the Napier Hospital has been extended from to-morrow till noon on Friday. Messrs M. R. Miller and Potts will sell 120 head mixed cattle by auction at Beecroft's yards, Hastings, on Friday next. Messrs Monteith and Co. have several lots of cross-bred ewes and wethers for sale. Mr Dugleby, architect, invites tenders for the erection of a four-roomed cottage at Hapuku's pa. Messrs Monteith and Co. publish particulars of their horse and cattle sale at the Shamrock yards ou Friday next.
A " Bonanza" consultation on the Melbourne Cup is now open, wherein £1000 may be obtained for the sum of Is. An "interesting" notice to the person who pilfered two pots of honey from the provincial produce shed at the late agricultural show, signed by Mr J. Goddard, Havelock, will be found elsewhere. Mrs Pinhorne, Shakespeare road, has accommodation for a few boarders. In addition to the list of properties already advertised, Messrs Monteith and Co. have a 500-acre farm near the Halcombe railway station, subdivided into paddocks, with house, &c, thereon, for sale. On Saturday next, at the Criterion Hotel, Messrs Monteith and Co. will sell the privileges of the Petane Jockey Club's race meeting to be held at Petane on the 9th November. Woods' iron and quinine wine as a remedy in cases of nervous debility, loss of appetite, &c, stands unequalled. A number of new advertisements will be found in our " Wanted " column.
