THE MELBOURNE CUP.
(by cable.) Melbourne, October 23. The following horses have been scratched for the Melbourne Cup: — Aide-de-Camp, Atlacte, Bryan O'Lynn, Gardonia, Hobart, Ironmaster, Mistake, Nautilus, Proctor, Prattle, and Rupert. Betting is unchanged, with the exception of Drummer, whose price has declined owing to an accident to 100 to 1.
