September 23. The Marsala's cargo of 5496 carcases of frozen mutton, ia decidedly the finest shipment which has left Otago, the sheep averaging about 70lb, which is the best size for the Home market. The New Zealand and Australian Land Company have supplied over 1900, and the Hon. Matthew Holmes over 1400 of the total number.
