TiKE NOTICE—That it is the intention of the Heretaunga District Board on THURSDAY, 21st instant, to make a'Rate of Sixpence (6d) in the £ on all rateable property in the District, excepting that part known as the Township of Hastings, including North, South, and East Hastings, where It is intended to levy a rate of one Shilling (Is) in the £ on all rateable property. The rate will be made for the year ending 30th June, 1883, and will become payable in one instalment on the 7th October, 18S2. The Rate-book is open for inspection at the office of the Board.
