In the Chamber of Deputies to-day Signor Mancini, Minister of Foreign Affairs, made a statement to the effect that the Italian Government would not recognise tbe treaty concluded between the Bey of Tunis and France, and was carefully watching the action of the latter country in Tunis. Signor Mancini added that Italy tacitly accepted the Franco-Tunisian treaty.
