A deed of arrangement having been executed between Messrs Price and Innes, the first meeting of the creditors will be held on December 21, in the District Court House. Meeting of united temperance organizations in Mr R. C. Harding's offices to-morrow evening. Mr W. Stock notifies that he has become proprietor of the Albion Hotel, which haa excellent accommodation.
