Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Napier, do here I by give notice that by virtue of a writ bearing dat< the ninth day of November, 1881. under the hand ol the Clerk of the Writg, an Election will be held foi the return of one qualified person to serve aj< member for the said electoral district; and that the nomination of Candidates will take place in the old Pro- ' vincial Council Chamber, Napier, at noon, on the first day of December, 1881; and that the poll, ll necessary, will be taken at tho polling place of the said district, on the ninth day of December. 1881.
