VIENNA.
November 5. The Austrian Government has decided to extend the period of eervice of the army now in occupation of Bosnia. November 7. In the Lower House of the Austrian Reichstag to-day, Baron De Kallay, the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, made a statement to the effect that the recent visit of King Humbert of Italy to Vienna was made entirely at his Majesty's own instigation. '• Austria," the Under-Secretary added, " had nothing to ask and nothing to fear from Italy."
