BERLIN.
October 29, The elections to the German Reichstag have resulted unfavorably for the Government, which has now no working majority in Parliament. Among the defeated Ministerial candidates was the son of Prince Bismarck. There has been a large increase in the number of the Socialist candidates elected to the Reichßtag.
