ANOTHER TICHBORNE CLAIMANT.

H. Barnes, the purport of which is that the real Sir Roger Tichborne has appeared. He alleges that the man who now claims to be Tichborne came to him for certain information as to how he could best; obtain documentary evidence to show that he had never been in Bio Janeiro; that he never left in the vessel named the Bella ; that he was never wrecked and picked up by the Osprey, as stated by Arthur Orton when claiming the Tichborne title and estates. Genernl Barnes subjected bis visitor to a rigorous examination, lesting several days, during which the new Claimant told so straightforward a story that General Barnes says he ha* reluctantly arrived at the conclusion that he is either the real Tichborne or the most adroit swindler he ever met with in the long course of his experience. The Duke of Sutherland and Dr. ''ussell al a o saw and questioned the Claimant, and a full statement, of the case ha* been sent, by Dr. Russell by the ni'iil to England.
