I have examined the Samplr of M'Ewra's Rottlbd Alk submitted to me. and find that it contains Alcohol by weisrht, 5 - 40 per cent; or by volutnn, 655 par cent Extractive miner, 306 per cent.; Acid matter, 0 17 per cent. I have also examined the Ale for such deleterious ingredients as are Rnnietimes added to Beer, anu have found no indication of their presence.
