August 6. A largely attended meeting was held at Chicago to-day under the auspices of the Irish Revolution Congress, at which the condition of Ireland aud the actions of the British Government in connection with that country were discussed ie violent and inflamatory lauguige, and the use of firearms and explosives as a means redress were freely recommended. It is stated that this Congress is engaged in drawing up a programme for future action, in which dynamite will have a prominent place,
