Tuesday. The council met at 2.30 p.m. BILLS PASSED. The Wellington Queen's Wharf Sale Bill, the Port Chalmers Drill Shed Bill, and the Crown Suits Bill were read a third time and passed. THE LICENSING BILL. The committal of the Licensing Bill was postponed for a week. THE VAGRANT BILL. The Vagrant Act Amendment Bill was read a second time. PROTECTION OF MARRIED WOMEN'S PROPERTY. The Married Women's Property Protection Bill passed through committee. The Council rose at 5 o'clock.
