(Reuteu's Teleobams.) MELBOURNE. June 6. Foo'chow advises to the 4th instant report that the settlements of tea have been made at the same prices as last year. Finest, extra fine, and choice qualities, are very scarce. The qualities generally are considered not quite so good as last year.
