NOTICE Is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of " The Public Works Act, 1876," to execute a certain public work, to wit, the constiuction of a road lying between the seventyfourth mile-peg on the Wellington-Napier Railway and the Seventy-Mile Bush Road, twelve miles from Kopua, in the Norsewood Survey District, in fee County of Waipawa, and for the purposes ot such public w«,rk the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is further given that the plan of the said road, and of the land so required to ba taken, is der Dsited in the Public Works Offices at Kopua, in the Takapau Burvey District, and is there open for inspection : And notice is hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set foith the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.
