The Greek Government has had ander reconsideration the proposal of (he powers that they should arbitrate for the settlement of the frontier dispute with Turkey, and it is now announced that the Government has informed the Powers that it must decline the proposal unless the bases of guarantee to be made to Greece are first stated.
