Dr-.ru irn Cmuuirv Act. — Edward Lysaght ap])eaied, on summons, charged with neglecting to suppoit his children in the lndiibtiial Home — Defendant stated his inability to pay — Sub-Inspector Pardy stated that prisoner could pay if he had the inclination — Defendant was oidered to pay 2s. each weekly tor his children, the first payment to be made on the 24th m=-t. JLvp.< fn"s. — William Daly and Robert Robertson were charged with the l.irreny of a pan of trouseis, a pair of boots, and other at titles fioni the bchoonei 'F.ivouiite,' albo aseige jumper fiom the brig 'Speedy,' the pioperty of John Westeiley. — Daly pleaded guilty ; Ivobei tson not guilty. — As there was not sufficient evidence against Robertson he was dischaiged ; Daly was sentenced to four months' nnpusonment, with hard labour, for the seveial offences. — This was all the business.
