Witness told her to go to bed and she would speak to her m the morning.— Defendant lefused to ask hei any questions, but would leave her to Almighty God. (She was m a very excited state, and could with difficulty be made to keep sileuce. ) — The evidence of two women confirmed that of complainant — Defendant got into the witness-box and deposed that she knew very little about the alfair, as she was the worse for dnnk at the timo. — She was bound over to keep the peace for one month, herftelf in £5 and two sureties of £5 each.
