Inwards Coastwise. — Tradewind, cutter, 19 tons, Johnson, from Great Barrier, with 40 tons firewood. The Golden Isle left for Russell on Saturday afternoon, but put back to port yesterday moining, in consequence of the strong N. E. wind. The cutter F.mnie, from Wangapoua, arrived yesterday morning with a cargo of timber. The brig Ella Gladstone arrived from Adelaide yesterdiy afternoon, at 3 o'clock. She left Adelaide on the 11th ult., and has not made a very quick passage. The barque Glimpse, which left for Newcastle on Friday evening last, was compelled to put back to Rangitoto Channel yesterday morning, owing to the dirty weather outside. The brig Albion, which left for Kaipaia, on Saturday morning, put back to the Noith Head yesterday morning. The s.s. Hawci is announced to leave the Manukau for Southern poits on Wednesday next. The schooner Clyde left for Wangaiei on Saturday, but was compelled to put back to harbour tluough stress of weather. H. M. s. Dido took her departure for Wellington early on Saturday morning. The N.Z. Shipping Co.'s ship Caller Ou took her departui e for Newcastle on Saturday morning. At Newcastle she will load coal for a China poit. In consequence of the strong N.E. wind she was obliged to anchor in Rungitoto Channel, and will leave theie with the first favouiable opportunity. The cutter Magic took her departure for Russell on Sa tin day morning. The cutter South Carolina arrived from Russell on Satin day morning, with a cargo of coal. The schooner Atlantic has been chartered by Messrs Combes and Daldy to load with timber foi Lyttelton. The brigantint Coronet was hauled up into the yards of Mi . D. Gouk on Saturday morning, ■where she will be mcaulked and coppered, and rigged as a fore and aft schooner. The brig Albion sailed for Kaipara on Saturday. The cutter Wangarei sailed for Wangarei on Saturday, with .i gencial cargo. The a s. Iona, fiom Russell, arrived on Saturday morning, with a number of passengers and a cargo of 10 head cattle and Cl bags gum. She will leave again this afternoon. The new time-table of the Manaia, Hauraki, and Enterprise is published in our advertising cilumns. T.ie s.h. Southern Cross is announced to leave Onehunga for Hokianga to-morrow. The cutter Three Bi others is expected to sail for Mangawai about six o'clock this evening, in place of the Alarm. Tendeis aie required for provedoring the A S. P. Co.'s steameis. The s.s. Pietty Jane will leave for Gisborne and Napier on Wednesday next at 4 p.m. The s.s. St. Kilda will (weather, &c, permitting) leave for Wanganui to-monow at noon. The Gem schooner arrived on Saturday evening from Poverty Bay via the Eist Coast with a full complement of passengers, and a geneml cargo of produce. The biig Sarah arrived from Duncdin, via lloeiaki, on Saturday morning, at 8.30 o'clo. k She left Dunedin on the 15th Juno, and ai rived at Moeraki on the 17th; left Moorald on the 20th, uul h.ul light noithoily winds for two days, af lei wards strong southerly gales to the East Cape, with thick rainy weather.
