Letters and other communications intended for insertion in the news columns should be addressed to the No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Every lotter must be accompanied by the naino and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. # To avoid inconvenience and delay to persons interested we have to request that all business communications, including advertisements, orders for the paper, and remittances be addressed to the Manager.
