I Valentin, Eiq., F'C 8., Principal Demoaitrator of Practical Chemistry, in the Royal College of Chemistry, London, he remarks, " That the SILBER LIGHT produced by the burnors constructed on these new principles U whiter and steadier than any light I am acquainted with, and the increase In the illuminating 1 power, as compared with that from ordinary burners hitherto in uio, U fully equal to from 40 to 60 per cent., without any increased consumption of oil.
