Brfacices of By-laws. — George Lamb was charged with standing his hackney cariiage elsewhere than at some staucliugplace appointed for that puipose by the City Council. Fined Is. and costs. — William Lee, charged with a similar ofFence, was fined Is. and costs. — John Slattery was charged with allowing a horse to stray in Wellington-street. Fined Is. and costs. — David Dunnmgham, for allowing a cow to wander, was mulcted in the sum of Is. and costs.
