Judgment for plaintiffs, with 15s. coats. — Thomas Reid v. W. Brown : Claim, £6 11s. Defendant paid £3 ss. Gd. into Court. Judgment for amount paid into Court, costs to be divided. — M. Enwright v. John Williams : Claim, 45., damage by trespass of cattle. Judgment for plaintiff with costs, 18s. — Waiuku District Board v. C. Upsom : Claim, £2 165., for rates.
