TVTELSON CITY LOAN FOR GAS AND J3I WATERWORKS. Tenders will bo received at this office until Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 1572, for Debentures with coupons attached, fo the amount of Fifteen Thousand 1 Pounds, to be issued under the authority of the Nelson City Loan Act, 1871. Each Debenture will be for tho sum of One Hundred Pounds, bearing Six per cent. Interest, and will be issued In the form, and subject in all respects to the conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in the above-mentioned Act. The Debentures will bo made Payablo in Thirty Years from the date of issue, with interest at tho above-mentioned rate, payable half-yearly at this offico. Tenders may bo made for one or more Debentures, and must bo forwarded under cover, addressed to the Provincial Treasurer, Nelson, New Zealand, and marked " Tender for Debentures."
