Seotlons from 10 acres to SO acres ; upset price, £3 per acre, with option of paying onohalf cash, and one -half ut 12 months, with 10 peroent. interest added. Class C. Seotlons 40 acr«s to .130 acres; upset price, JB2 per acre, with option of paying onethird cash, one third at lvs months, and the remaining one-third ut 24 months, 5 per cent abatement will bo allowed if total amount Is paid at time of purchase.
