MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS.

Pukehinatj. — A meeting of shareholders in the Pukehinau Goldmiaing Company was held at the office of Mr. W. C. Hill, Insurauce Buildings, yesterday. It was resolved that the present company be voluntarily wound up, and a new company formed. Mr. W. C. Hill was appointed official liquidator. It was then agreed that the new company should be constituted, with a capital of £13,700 in 5,480 shares of £2 10s. each, £2 paid up. Messrs. Evitt, Cameron, R. Home, Blanch, J. A. Fryer, *nd Wallace were appointed provisional directors of th« new company. A meeting of the shareholders in the Central Italy .Goldmining Company is advertised to be held in the Metropolitan Hotel on Tuesday afternoon, at half-past tWo* o'clock, for the purpose of considering the action of the directors with reference to machinery, and to decide on other matters relating to the company's property., The advertisement is signed by a large number of shareholders. - ' >
