By the Aucklaud Harbour Board for the Port of Auckland. In pursuance of the powers and authority vested in the Auckland Harbour Board, the limits and boundaries of the underinentionfd Wharves, for «ip purposes pf the Marine Act, 1807, are hereby denned, that is to say :— | 1- The Flagstaff Wharf, North Shore : bounded on the North by tbe Beach Road, and bv land between high »nd low water-mark, and on the East.South, and West by the waters of the AVaitemata Harbour. 2. The Wharf, Stokes's Point : bounded on Ibo East by ft Public Road, and bv land betwean Jujrh and law-water-mark, and on the North-west and South by the waters of the Waitonnta Harbour.
