Notice it hereby given th«t on and after Ist July next nil Wharfage shall be'payable to the Treasurer at the Harbour Office, No. 9, Queen-Street, in accordance with Clause 8 of the Wharfage Aot, 1866; and also that till License Feei, Bents, and Revenuti accruing to ' the Harbour Board will be payable to the Treasurer at th* itmo place, ' ~ WIUIAM C. " Such charges ahall be payable at the harbour office of the harbour in which any wharf is situate in respect of which the said charges are made by the parson having for the time being the care, custody, or control of such goods, and before removal of the sums < from the said wharf,snd may be recovered at the suit of the Harbour Master for the time being, or any other person authorised by the Superintendent to sue for the same ;and if any person shall remove any goods from the said whart before such charges thereon, as aforesaid, are paid, he shall be liable to pay treble , charges to be recovered as aforesaid, and to a penalty , not exceeding twenty pounds."
