BANKRUPTCY MATTERS.
In the office of the Provisional Trustee on Saturday last, at noon, a meeting of the creditors of James Mackay, jun,, was held • Mr. Wilkinson in the chair.— The liabilities amounted to £19,146 sa. 7d. ; and the assets included the following items • Separate debtors, £517 6a. 6d. j partnership debtors, £531 7s. 6d. j separate property, £5,829 ; and partnership property £8,417 15 a .; making a total of £15,095 10s. Mr. J. B. Russell appeared on behalf of the Bank of Australasia, and Mr, Workman —the former a debtor in the estate to over £5,000, and the, latter, to nearly £3,000 both, however, being secured.
