MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS
A MEETrua of the shareholders of the New-mai-ket Goldmining Company was held at Messrs. T. and S. Morrin's store, Queensfcreet, yesterday afternoon, Mr. Searrott occupying the chair. The rules of fehe company were read and adopted ; after which the following directors were appointed :—: — Messrs." W. Morrin, Angus, aud W. Duthie. Mr. B. G-. Macdonnell was elected manager., A call was ' made sufficient 'to ', cpver all the liabilities on the company tip to date.
