NOTICE is hereby given that, by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, bearing date the 13th day of May instant, a PUBLIC SITTING of the said Court in its Bankruptcy Jurisdiction was ordered to be holden on THURSDAY, the 26th day of May instant, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court-house, at Auckland aforesaid, for JOHN THORP, of Shortland, Contractor, a Bankrupt, under the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, to PASS his LAST EXAMINATION ; and notice is further given that, after passing the said examination, the said Bankrupt intends to apply for his discharge under the said Acts.
