Mails vis, San Francisco, per s.s. City of Melbourne, will close on "Wednesday, the 4th May, as under: — For Vancouver's Island, British North America, United States, Central and South America, West Indies, and Continent of Europe, at noon. For Sandwich Islands, at noon. For the United Kingdom, afc 1 p.m. For money orders, registered letters, and newspapers, at 11 a.m. Late correspondence for the United Kingdom, bearing a fee of 6d. in addition to the postage, will be received till 1.30 p.m., and on board the s.s. City of Melbourne, by the mail agent, until time of sailing.
