Mails for the undermentioned places will close as follow :—: — For Thames and Coromandel, this day, at 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. For Poverty Bay, Napier, and Wellington, pers.s. Rangatira, this day (Thursday), April 7, at 11 a.m. Late letters and telegrams for transmission from the Napier station will be received till 11.30 a.m. For Russell, per Aquila, this day, at 8.30 a.m. For Whitiangi, per Mary Ellon, this clay, at 3 p.m. For Whangarei, &c, per Meteor, this day, at 4 p.m. Mails per s.s. Wellington will close on Friday, Bth, as follow : — For India, China, Mauritius, Mediteranean Ports, Continent of Europe, &c, at 12 noon. For the Australian colonies, at 12.30 p.m. For the Southern provinces of New Zealand and United Kingdom via, Suez (for i letters especially addressed), at 1 p.m. J For money orders, registered letters, and newspapers, at 11 a.m. Late letters for the Southern provinces of New Zealand, Australian colonies, and United Kingdom, and telegrams for transmission from the Napier station will be received till 1.30 p.m. S.
