Crushed loaf moves off as soon as landed at £56 to £57, as stocks are light. Wo improvement can be noted in tea*, which at present hang exceedingly heavy and appear bound to do for some time, as the trade are heavily stocked and prices rule low The season has now advanced for the demand of cornsacks, and during the early part of the week large sales were effected at 14s Since then sales have been made at a shade under 14? 6d Holder* are now firm at 14s Cd WoolpAcks have been well cleared off, and values lemain at 4s 3d to 4s Cd. Prices Belmont candles remain at 11 Jd to Is : kerosine firm at 3s Fine salt is readily quitted at £5 although £4 17» Cd has been accepted in one instance foi a parcel ; ooar3e i-> heavily held at £4 10s. Flour is only dealt in fi/r Iccil me at £10 103 to £11.
