IT is hereby notified for public information that the Township of Giaborne, situate at Turanganui, Poverty Bay, on land purchased by Government for that purpose from the natives, will be SOLD by Auction at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on the 13th day of April, 1870. Also, on the same day, after completion of sale of the Town, a number of Suburban Sections, situate in the immediate neighbourhood of the Township, varying in size from one acre to ten and a-half acres, will be offered for SALE. A Schedule of the Town and Suburban Sections will be hereafter published.
