j-ae i\ew free rress of to-day publishes a telegram from Constantinople, dated the 2nd instant, alleging that the French Ambassador, M. Bourree, had declared to the Grand V,zier yesterday that Prance did not participate in the viewa of the Porfce, to the effect that the differences existing between Tnrkey and Egypt were a purely internal question. Ine .breiich Ambassador, it is further asserted, pointed out that by treaties fmaranteed by the Great Powers, and concluded between Egypt and the Porte, the said Great Powers had the right to intervene in this conflict. The same paper publishes intelligence from Ht. Petersburg that General Igriatieff has been appointed to au -ceed Prmce Gortschakoff as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
